"Begging the Question" is an informal logical fallacy akin to "circular reasoning." It occurs when one of the assumptions in your argument is essentially equivalent to your conclusion.
Typically, that assumption is the thing that needs to be proved.

NO! This is not begging the question.
It is just a bad / invalid argument.
But no crafty premise, so not begging the question!
